Living from the Heart can be one of the most empowering and rewarding practices we can do, yet what exactly does it mean, and how can you tap into your Heart Intelligence?

This 4-part course will help you explore the incredible effects of the Heart in relation to our mind-body connection, and how you can use your own Heart Intelligence to make physiological changes in your body.  If you're looking at ways to enhance your own healing and bring your body back into homeostasis, or simply just curious to learn more about Heart Intelligence, then this course is for you.

We begin by discovering the powerful influence our heart has on our body from a mind-body perspective,  before gently exploring how our emotions affect our health and wellbeing.  Combining experiential learning with evidence-based science we gently marry these two concepts together and show you how this beautiful unison works to shift our heart rate patterns, and we share some biometric feedback so you can see for yourself how the frequency of your own thoughts and feelings can directly influence the body's natural healing ability.

The course includes 3 x 10-minute audio lessons and 2 video demonstrations, as well as recorded practices for you to listen to in your own timing.

You will also have access to a dedicated space on The Heart Movement App in which you can chat with other participants, ask questions, and share inspiration and resources.

Natasha Minnikin

Natasha joined the Royal Air Force in 2006 and currently facilitates courses in Neuro-Linguistic Progamming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Trauma management. Her passion for Mindfulness came to the fore following injury; an experience that led her to study neurology, specialising in acquired brain injury. Natasha is a Licensed HeartMath Coach, NLP Trainer, Hypnosis Trainer, ASIST Suicide Prevention Coach and a Learning Difficulties Advisor. She recently qualified as a Sound Therapist adn is exploring the benefits of sound in Mindfulness Practice.

    First of all, check that you are signed in - to do this check the top right-hand corner of the screen and if you are signed in you will see your username in the top bar. Once you are signed in: scroll to the top of this screen and on the top photo banner you should see a button 'Resume Course'. Click this button and it will take you to the course content.

  • I already have a Heart Movement App account, is this different?

    Yes, you are required to create a different account from the App to log in to our Courses. If you already have a Course Portal Account with us, remember this may be different log-in details.

  • How do I download the app?

  • Where do I find the group space?

    When on the app click on MY SPACES. Choose 'Heart Intelligence' and you are there!! n.b you may need to request access to join the group
