Lyndsay has taught both at Glasgow University and in Further Education, where she created acclaimed mindfulness programmes for staff and students. She was later director of programme development and lead trainer at Youth Mindfulness. Lyndsay believes that the world we create begins with a state of mind.

  • I have already registered for this course- how to I see the content?

    First of all, check that you are signed in - to do this check the top right-hand corner of the screen and if you are signed in you will see your username in the top bar. Once you are signed in: scroll to the top of this screen and on the top photo banner you should see a button 'Resume Course'. Click this button and it will take you to the course content.

  • I am a Heart Movement App Member, how to I get access to the course?

    On becoming a Member, you will receive an email with details of how to access all your Member's benefits. Including a discount code to use to get this course for free. If you haven't yet received this email, and want access to the course. do email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you with the discount code. Once you have the discount code. Click on 'Buy £40' above- you can then enter the discount code at the checkout and it will make the course free!

  • How do I become a Heart Movement App Member?

    To become a Member, go to the 'Home' page on the app - scroll to find 'become a member in the bottom right-hand corner- from there you can read about our membership benefits and click on become a member- you will then be taken through the process of becoming a member. Membership costs £4.99 per month or £49.99 a year.

  • Where do I find the group space?

    When on the app choose MY SPACES and then select START MINDFULNESS. Request to join the group and you are in!
